The fire was first reported at 3:59 a.m. and was fully contained at 4:57 a.m., according to Capt. Steve Aubert.

When fire crews arrived on scene, heavy smoke and fire was coming from the garage of the home into the attic, Aubert said. The cause is under investigation.
