The CHP said the crash occurred around 1:05 a.m. and involved at least a motorcycle. The CHP couldn’t confirm that another vehicle had been involved as of 2 a.m.
All lanes were blocked for a short period of time, but the No. 3 lane reopened at 1:27 a.m.
