A man tried to rob a bank in Nob Hill on Wednesday, but gave up while waiting for the cash and fled.
A man tried to rob a bank in San Francisco’s Nob Hill neighborhood Wednesday afternoon but gave up while waiting for the cash and fled, police said today.
The attempted robbery was reported at 5:55 p.m. Wednesday at a bank in the 1500 block of Polk Street.
The man, believed to be between 25 and 30 years old, entered the bank and slipped a demand note to a 52-year-old female teller, police said.
While waiting for the teller to return with the money, the suspect got frustrated and left the bank.
He has not been found as of this morning, police said.
No one was injured in the attempted robbery, according to police.

really needs money, he can dare to make the other attempt to rob a bank or even something else. However there is still a possibility that he will just get so nervous and afraid that he will never try again. I think that police need to be more attentive and wait for the other similar case.
