A woman was shot near the former site of the Candlestick Park stadium in San Francisco on Monday afternoon, according to police.
The shooting was reported around 1 p.m. at the site near the southeastern edge of the city.
The woman was treated at a hospital for gunshot wounds that are not considered life-threatening, police said.
No arrest has been made in connection with the shooting and no suspect information was immediately available.
