The Central Marin Police are advising that Center Boulevard from San Anselmo Avenue to Bridge Avenue in San Anselmo is closed due to a sinkhole, the department announced at 4:40 p.m. on Monday.
The road is closed “indefinitely.”
Police, public works and PG&E are on the scene, police said.
Residents are advised to avoid the area and use alternate routes. Morning commutes should take into account the road closure by finding alternate routes and allowing for extra time.
