The Concord Police Department is looking for 67-year-old Craig Nabors, who was last seen using his wheelchair Sunday about 5 p.m. in the 1000 block of San Miguel Road.
Police describe him as a white man with black hair, brown eyes, 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 185 pounds.
Nabors’ wheelchair has an American flag affixed to the back, and he was last seen wearing a white sweater and tan pants.
Police said Nabors suffers from dementia and high blood pressure.
