An overturned cement truck is blocking ramps to and from eastbound state Highway 4 in Bay Point on Tuesday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash was reported at about 10:55 a.m. near the on-ramp from Bailey Road to eastbound Highway 4.
An ambulance responded to the scene, and 511.org reports that there are injuries, but CHP officials did not immediately say if the cement truck driver was injured.
The on-ramp and off-ramp remained closed as of shortly after 1:30 p.m. and there was no estimate yet for when they will reopen.
