A three-vehicle collision in Vallejo late Wednesday night left one person dead and at least five others injured.
Police responded at 11:20 p.m. to scene of the crash near Maine Street and Mare Island Way.
Police said the right front passenger in a vehicle with four occupants was ejected and suffered fatal injuries. The 34-year-old Vallejo woman was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver was critically injured.
Two other passengers in that same vehicle suffered mild to moderate injuries, though one was also ejected from a rear seat.
Two occupants in another vehicle were left with minor injuries.
Police said intoxication and speed may have been a factor in the four-passenger vehicle.
