All eastbound lanes are blocked on Interstate Highway 80 at Magazine Street in Vallejo on Monday afternoon due to police activity, according to a tweet by 511.org, a service of the Metropolitan Transportation Commission.
The lanes were blocked as of 3:17 p.m.
There is no estimate for when the lanes will reopen.
