Lanes of eastbound Interstate Highway 580 in Oakland are reported flooded by heavy rain accumulation between 35th and Seminary avenues, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Flooding was reported just after 7 a.m. and standing water is about two feet deep at Seminary.
