Magnitude 3.5 earthquake rattles Lake County

A 3.5 earthquake rattled Lake County near Hidden Valley Lake on Friday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The quake, reported at 7:16 a.m., struck about 7 miles down, the USGS said.

No damage was reported.
