A man suffered life-threatening head injuries when a vehicle struck him in San Francisco’s Yerba Buena neighborhood early Thursday morning, police said.
The collision was reported at 1:53 a.m. at First and Howard streets.
A vehicle was traveling west on Howard Street and struck the 30-year-old man while turning onto southbound First Street, according to police.
He was taken to a hospital and an update on his condition was not immediately available. The driver of the vehicle was not arrested, police said.
