Berkeley fire prompts Delaware Street closure

Authorities are asking people to avoid the 1800 block of Delaware Street in Berkeley on Tuesday afternoon because of a fire in the area. Berkeley police issued an advisory at 12:09 p.m. asking people to avoid the area and saying the street is closed because of the response to the fire.
