Prosecutors say she has prior convictions for burglary, grand theft and identity theft in San Mateo County.

Webb also has a criminal history, having been charged with murder after a fatal shooting in the End Up nightclub in San Francisco on June 5, 2016, but those charges were ultimately dropped.
