Oakland International Airport is having a ribbon-cutting ceremony Tuesday for its first premium passenger lounge.
The ceremony starts at noon at the facility located in Terminal 1 adjacent to Gate 8 with remarks by Port of Oakland Board of Commissioners president Michael Colbruno, airport director of aviation Bryant Francis and others.
