Two people were hospitalized with serious injuries after a head-on collision Wednesday afternoon in San Francisco’s Sunnyside neighborhood, police said today.
Officers responded at 2:28 p.m. to the 100 block of Judson Avenue near the City College of San Francisco.
A 48-year-old man was driving on Judson Avenue when he suffered a medical emergency and lost control of his vehicle, according to police.
His vehicle struck another head-on causing the other vehicle to crash into a parked car and then a home.
The crash caused structural damage to the home, police said.
Both drivers were taken to a hospital with serious injuries. They are expected to survive, police said.
