Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a shooting that occurred Friday night on a Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority platform in downtown San Jose.
At around 10 p.m., a man was shot on a platform near Second and Santa Clara streets, according to Sgt. James Jensen.
The victim was taken to the hospital with injuries not considered life-threatening.
Sheriff’s officials have released images of the suspect taken from a surveillance video.
