Community members deployed signs and loudly vocalized support for Woods, shot dead by San Francisco police after a confrontation caught on video in which police appeared to outman and outnumber Woods before killing him.
Wednesday night’s meeting was held at the Salvation Army’s Kroc Center on Turk Street.
