Brando Lerma, 22, Brianna Gossett, 20, and Bryan Hernandez, 17, were killed in a shooting reported around 9:30 p.m. in the 700 block of Elkington Avenue, police said.
Officers responded to the scene, where they found two of the victims, later identified as Lerma and Gossett, inside a vehicle in an apartment complex parking lot, police said.
Officers also found a third victim, later identified as Hernandez, in the parking lot outside of the car. Hernandez was taken to Natividad Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead shortly afterward, according to police.
All three victims had been shot multiple times, police said.
Two males dressed in dark clothing were seen running away from the scene, police said.
