  1. Just remember one thing…that the idiots in management forget… When McGloin started, the Raiders AVERAGED more points per game than under either Prior or Carr; not to take a thing away from them. McGloin is a leader and, most of all, a team player who shuts his mouth and does his best to be ready when called on. The defense was SO terrible during his starts that it seemed as if they were being paid to find ways to lose. For some reason management has ignored McGloin. Don’t be surprised if he plays out his contract and comes back to haunt the Raiders one of these days.

  2. Yes, they can finally own up to a mistake and rectify it. Hopefully they learn quicker than having to make the same mistake with schaub as they did with Flynn.

    But the most important factor is admitting a mistake and letting him go.
