CHP airlifts woman off Bodega Bay cliff
California Highway Patrol officers on Saturday assisted in the rescue of an injured woman who had fallen off a cliff in Bodega Bay.

California Highway Patrol officers on Saturday assisted in the rescue of an injured woman who had fallen off a cliff in Bodega Bay.
Officers responded at 4:20 p.m. with a helicopter to assist Bodega Bay firefighters in the rescue.
The CHP helicopter crew located the injured woman at the bottom of the cliff, landed and loaded her into the helicopter, according to the CHP.
The woman was flown to a landing site at the top of the cliff, where she was transferred to a waiting ambulance.
Officials said the woman’s injuries were serious but were not considered life threatening.
