The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency is warning evening commuters that major system-wide delays will continue for most of the evening commute.
The transit agency said there will be no limited-stop service for routes on the 5L-Fulton, 9L-San Bruno, 14L-Mission 28L-19th Avenue and 38L-Geary.
There will also will be no express service on the 1AX, 1BX (both California lines), 31AX, 31BX (Balboa), 38AX and 38BX (Geary lines). The 16X-Noreiga, 3-Jackson and 88-BART Shuttle will also not be running.
All Muni Metro lines will continue to run two-car trains, the transit agency said Monday afternoon. Muni is running S-Shuttles through the subway between Embarcadero and West Portal stations.
The L-Taraval and M-Ocean will only operate on the surface and not enter the subway. Muni riders on these lines who need to enter subway must transfer at West Portal Station.
The N-Judah will only operate through the Embarcadero station. The T-Third will be the only service to the Caltrain station at Fourth and King streets.
Riders on the J-Church should take note that every other train will turn from southbound to northbound at 30th and Church streets.
Cable cars will continue not to run but will have limited bus shuttle service.
The transit agency said BART will continue to accept Muni passes and transfers between Daly City and Embarcadero stations. Muni riders should advise the BART agent of their pass instead of tagging their Clipper cards.
Muni officials advise riders to follow their Twitter account @sfmta_muni for real-time updates on tomorrow’s commute.
