BART has restored service to both lines through the Caldecott Tunnel on Monday morning and delays on the Antioch line have been reduced to 20 minutes, officials said.
Shortly after 6 a.m., the transit agency had reduced service to one line so that crews could repair a door that was jammed, a BART spokesman said.
Both lines were open as of 8:20 a.m., but there will likely be residual delays since workers are still in the area, according to BART.
