Firefighters responded to a deck fire Tuesday morning in Oakland, fire officials said.
The response was underway as of 10:48 a.m. on Skyway Lane off Skyline Boulevard. Officials said the crews that first responded were able to handle blaze, allowing other responding agencies to be returned to service.
The fire was reported at a deck at the rear of a one-story, single-family home, according to fire officials.
