A motorcyclist and commercial vehicle collided Tuesday afternoon in San Francisco’s Bayview neighborhood, leaving the motorcyclist with life-threatening injuries, police said.
Officers responded to the intersection of Evans Avenue and Napoleon Street in regards to a vehicle collision, police spokesperson Robert Rueca said. As officers arrived at the scene, they located a commercial vehicle and motorcycle involved in a collision.
Rueca said medics took the motorcyclist to the hospital for life-threatening injuries. The driver of the commercial remained at the scene and is cooperating with police with the investigation.
No further details were provided on the collision.
