An urgent Bay Area-wide wind advisory has been issued by the National Weather Service for Sunday morning through 3 a.m. Monday.
Southeast winds gusting to 50 MPH or more are predicted that could bring down branches and cause power outages, according to the agency, which recommends tying down unsecured objects outdoors and using caution when driving, especially in high-profile vehicles.
