The collision was reported at about 7:05 p.m. in the area of Broadway and Laguna Street.
A vehicle traveling west on Broadway struck the woman as she crossed the street. She was taken to a hospital to be treated for injuries that are considered life-threatening, police said.
The 59-year-old man driving the vehicle stopped at the scene and cooperated with investigators. He was not arrested, police said.
