A man was found dead Thursday in a homeless camp just off of an on-ramp to a highway in San Francisco, California Highway Patrol officials said.
William Campbell, 70, was found dead after CHP officers responded at about 4 p.m. to the camp off the Ocean Avenue on-ramp to northbound Interstate Highway 280.
No further information about the death was immediately available from the CHP.
