A 29-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of stolen property for allegedly stealing snacks and beverages from a snack bar at a Union City high school last week, police said Thursday.
Officers who were dispatched to James Logan High School at 1800 H St. in Union City at 12:30 a.m. on April 5 to respond to a silent burglary alarm located a person on school grounds with a large amount of snacks and beverages, according to police.
The officers determined that the snacks and beverages were stolen from a school snack bar, police said.
Rene Briseno, a Union City resident, was arrested, according to police.is prohibited.
