Officers responded at 10:09 a.m. to a field at the end of Willowbrook Court where they saw a black Sentry-brand safe.
Someone had pried the top open, according to police.
Anyone who recognizes the safe or who was a victim of a theft recently involving a Sentry safe is asked to get in touch with Officer Rob Hawkins at (707) 778-4372.
