A toddler who died after falling from the window of a third-floor apartment building Thursday morning in Foster City has been identified as Krish Kulkarni, according to the Santa Clara County medical examiner’s office.
Around 8:20 a.m., emergency crews responded to the Water’s Edge Apartments in the 1200 block of East Hillsdale Boulevard, police said.
Investigators believe Krish, who was just 20 months old, leaned up against the screen of an open window, causing him to accidentally fall through to the ground below, according to police.
