A body was found at the Westfield San Francisco Centre mall Wednesday morning and the San Francisco medical examiner’s office has ruled the death a homicide, a police spokeswoman said.
Police received a call at 10:15 a.m. reporting a body found inside the mall at 865 Market St., police Officer Grace Gatpandan said. She declined to say where exactly it was found.
Medical examiner’s officials responded and determined the death was a homicide. More details about the person who died and their possible cause of death was not immediately being released, Gatpandan said.
