A woman suffered critical injuries when a man driving a stolen vehicle struck her on her motorcycle in San Francisco’s South of Market neighborhood on Sunday morning, according to police.
The collision was reported at 9:56 a.m. at South Van Ness Avenue and Howard Street.
The suspect, described as a man in his 40s, was speeding in a stolen tan GMC Yukon when he crossed into oncoming traffic and hit the victim, police said.
The woman was taken to a hospital with critical injuries. An update on her condition was not immediately available this morning.
