One man suffered minor injuries after he fell off a cliff and into the ocean Friday afternoon at a popular San Francisco tourist spot.
Firefighters responded to a report of a person in distress at Sutro Baths at around 2:51 p.m., according to fire spokesman Jonathan Baxter.
The man apparently fell into the water and was then swept into a cave underneath the cliff, Baxter said.
Emergency crews arrived on scene and were able to rescue the man through a hole in the cave, using a ladder.
The victim was taken to the hospital with injuries not considered life-threatening, according to Baxter.
