According to police, officers responded to the area of Fremont Boulevard and Sundale Drive on reports of a woman driving erratically, and shouting at herself and others.
Witnesses told police the woman allegedly attempted to hit several people in a crosswalk.
Officers responded and were able to locate the vehicle near State Street before attempting to conduct a traffic stop.
A short pursuit ensued, however ended a short time later after officers followed the vehicle to Thornton Junior High School and the driver surrendered.
