A taxi struck and seriously injured a bicyclist near San Francisco’s Fisherman’s Wharf on Tuesday evening, police said.
The victim, a 33-year-old man, was riding west in the crosswalk on North Point Street at Mason Street around 6:15 p.m. when he was struck by a northbound taxi, according to police.
The victim was run over and went under the taxi, police said.
He was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
No arrest had been made in the collision. No other details about the case were immediately available as of this morning.
