Police said three people were shot to death early Sunday morning in separate incidents in Oakland.
One person was shot at midnight in the 3000 block of Richmond Boulevard near Oak Glen Park. The person died where they were shot, Officer James Henry said.
Another person was shot at 1 a.m. in the 9200 block of Sunnyside Street.
The third person was shot at 4 a.m. in the 1400 block of 40th Avenue, Henry said. The victim died where they were shot.
No suspect information was available, police said.
