Campus police reported that a victim attended a party at an unnamed fraternity house on Friday and the alleged crime occurred in a room there.
Berkeley police are now investigating the sexual assault, which reportedly took place between 12 a.m. and 12:45 a.m. Saturday morning.
There is no suspect description at this time, police said.
