A train that was briefly disabled near BART’s Embarcadero station this morning caused major delays on the system, a dispatcher said.
The train was reported disabled around 8 a.m. as it was heading from the station through the Transbay Tube but got going again about 15 minutes later, the dispatcher said.
East Bay-bound trains from San Francisco will be delayed by at least 10 to 15 minutes as a result of the problem, he said.
