A 34-year-old man was killed after crashing his car into a parked big-rig in Oakland late Monday night, police said.
The crash was reported at 11:05 p.m. in the 2000 block of East 12th Street, according to police.
The 34-year-old, whose name has not yet been released, struck a big-rig parked on the side of the road. He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
No other injuries were reported. Police have not yet determined the cause of the crash.
