A jewelry store was robbed at gunpoint at San Francisco’s Pier 39 on Monday night, police said Tuesday.
The robbery was reported around 8:50 p.m. at a jewelry store at the popular waterfront tourist spot along The Embarcadero.
Two male suspects entered the store and one pointed a gun at a victim and forced him to the ground while the second suspect smashed display cases and took jewelry, according to police.
The suspects then fled in a dark-colored SUV and remained at large as of this morning.
No one was injured during the robbery and no detailed description of the suspects was immediately available from police.
