Officers responded to a report of a dead body found inside a vehicle in the 1200 block of E. Williams Court near McLaughlin Avenue around 11:20 a.m., police said.
Officers arrived to find a man inside a vehicle and police said fire crews pronounced him dead at the scene. An investigator from the medical examiner’s office determined the man suffered at least one gunshot wound, police said.
The circumstances surrounding the man’s death and motives for his murder are still under investigation and police said the suspect or suspects remain at large. Police said no further information would be released at this time.
