Firefighters are responding to a growing fire in San Francisco’s West Portal neighborhood.
Officials said the building at 309 West Portal Ave. has partially collapsed. A total of four addresses are affected by what began as a roof fire — all residents on the block are being evacuated and offered temporary shelter.
The now three-alarm blaze was first reported about 11:35 a.m. at a building in the 300 block of West Portal Avenue, fire officials said.
There are no injuries reported. No further information is immediately available.
