Police are searching for a gunman who shot two people and struck vehicles at the AMF Pinole Valley Lanes bowling alley Sunday night.
Police said Monday that the suspect in a shooting Sunday night in Pinole was a boy or man wearing a gray, hooded sweatshirt and who had a long ponytail.
Two people were shot at the AMF Pinole Valley Lanes at 1580 Pinole Valley Road in Pinole shortly before several people called police at 8:15 p.m.
The shooting followed an argument inside the bowling alley that continued in the parking where the two people were wounded by bullets, police said. Bullets struck vehicles, too.
Both victims were taken to a hospital and have since been released, according to police.
When officers arrived at the bowling alley after they were called, they surrounded the area and searched for the gunman, police said. He was not located, according to police.
Anyone with information about the suspect or the shooting is asked to call (510) 724-1111.
