Seven people were displaced after a residential structure fire in San Jose Friday morning.
The San Jose Fire Department responded Friday at 6:45 a.m. to a residence in the 2100 block of Sullivan Avenue on a report of a fire.
Firefighters said the blaze started in a detached structure at the rear of the property and spread to the interior of the home.
The fire department reported the fire was under control at 7:18 a.m.
The seven displaced residents included six adults and one child. There were no reports of injuries, and the cause of the fire was under investigation Friday.
