Three small earthquakes rattle South Bay

A magnitude 3.6 earthquake struck about 2.5 miles east-northeast of Corralitos just before 10 a.m. Saturday, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The USGS reports that people in San Jose, Gilroy, Los Gatos and Watsonville felt the shake.

Two smaller earthquakes — magnitudes 2.2 and 2.7 — struck around 11 p.m. Friday about 7 miles southeast from the larger quake.

At present, there are no reports of injuries or damage so far.
