The fatal collision happened on Nov. 25 at about 3 a.m. along the highway’s northbound lanes, just north of Ralston Avenue, according to CHP officials.

The collision, which reportedly involved multiple vehicles, killed San Francisco resident Nicole Lacy, 41, officials with the San Mateo County Coroner’s Office said.
