“Bajito y despacito; limpio y lindo” – low and slow, clean and mean – a wide selection of lowriders will be on display Saturday at the San Pablo Library at “Lowriders at the Library,” along with other offerings.
The family-friendly event will run from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the library, 13751 San Pablo Avenue. with a lowrider car show, arts and crafts, book giveaway, library card registration, English as a Second Language class registration and a Covid-19 vaccination clinic supported by Contra Costa Health Services.
Limited public parking will be available at the front of the library, with extended parking at San Pablo City Hall.
Outsiders Car Club is the library’s partner in the car show, which is sponsored by Contra Costa County Library, City of San Pablo, Contra Costa Health Services, San Pablo Police, Prime Time Nutrition and La Familia Counseling.
