A fire early Tuesday morning in Antioch displaced five residents from two homes in the area of G Street and Meadowbrook Road, according to a 5:43 a.m. tweet from the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District.
Both homes were extensively damaged and the American Red Cross is assisting the residents.
The fire is under investigation.
