Police in Oakland have arrested a man in connection with the murder of Halia Gebrezghi in July.
The arrest of Edward Twine, 25, was announced Thursday.
On July 10 at 10:23 p.m., officers responded to the 1200 block of 52nd Avenue on a report of a shooting.
Responding officers located Gebrezghi, 35, suffering from at least one gunshot wound. He was ultimately pronounced deceased at the scene.
